Under 14 Representative Trials Announced

North Otago Basketball is excited to announce our 2026 Under 14 Representative Trials.

Players interested in representing North Otago this season are encouraged to attend the upcoming trial sessions. Please note that these trials will be held at the Waitaki Recreation Centre, not the Network Waitaki Event Centre.

To be eligible, players must remain under 14 years of age for the entire 2026 calendar year and must not turn 14 during 2026.

There will be two trial dates for both girls and boys:

Trial One – Thursday 4 June

• Girls: 3.30pm – 4.30pm
• Boys: 4.30pm – 5.30pm

Trial Two – Sunday 7 June (BOYS)

• 12.00pm – 1.00pm

Trial Two – Sunday 14 June (GIRLS)

• 10am- 11am

Players are strongly encouraged to attend both trial sessions where possible.

These trials are an opportunity for players to showcase their skills, attitude, teamwork, and commitment as selectors begin forming teams for the 2026 representative season.

Please arrive early and come prepared with basketball shoes, training gear, and a named drink bottle.

Note: These trials are closed-door sessions, and no parents or spectators will be permitted inside during the trial process.
